WILLIAM HALL, Master Massage Therapist AR#7155, Owner

Picture
William's brand of therapy provides a multi-dimensional interactive experience for his clients. What does a multi-dimensional interactive experience mean? We not only have a physical experience we also experience emotions, and spiritual or energetic aspects of our be-ing. These things do not exist separately of each other. They are, in fact, intimately intertwined. He focuses on directly working with all of these aspects of be-ing to transcend a mere physical experience and cultivate a Total Be-ing Wellness.

On a physical level his knowledge of anatomy allows him to know exactly which muscle is being affected by touch. He knows by the direction of the muscle fibers which muscle is relaxing or resisting. It does not matter how deep the muscle is. By "being" with the client, that is,  monitoring their breath, and reacting in time with the muscle, he can discern minute changes in muscle fibers second to second. If the muscle releases he will go a little deeper. If the muscle resists, he eases his touch. Effectively asking the muscle to relax and then listening for a response allows him to get a deeper release without adding much more pressure. This makes for a deeply relaxing deep tissue experience.

Emotions are stored in the body both physically and energetically. This manifests in the body in observable ways. If you know someone who is constantly stressed out you will notice that their shoulders are always raised. On an energetic level it is a little more subtle but no less important to release. When he finds these places on the body he will draw attention to the area with touch. He may start by pushing on a knot, but also focus his intent on moving the energy created by the emotion to release blockages. He can sense these in the body kinesthetically (with his touch), by monitoring the breath and with an intuition created from a true empathy and a desire to heal.

When working on the spiritual and energetic levels, he begins by feeling for variations in the energetic pulses of the bodies. Incorporating the energies of Light and Love makes space for the energetic bodies to find balance and restore harmony to all systems. This allows one to align your will with one's life intentions, so that your true spirit might shine through all aspects of your be-ing.

All of this promotes a peaceful transition from a state of imbalance to a state of Total Be-ing Wellness. We invite you to experience the difference in receiving a truly holistic experience.

"Will is a truly talented massage therapist who uses his keen intuition, artful application of multiple healing modalities and skillful massage techniques to support his clients in their journey toward wholeness and health. He completely vanished a pinched nerve in my neck with one session when a chiropractor could not and has been a trusted and powerful guide in my journey toward personal growth and transformation. He is positive and inspiring and I would recommend him as a staple in anyone's work towards attaining or maintaining health." --Amy Hinsley

"I have been going for body work since 1984. I have lived and traveled to many places to have healing work done by the best I could find. William is simply the best. He is caring and intuitive. He is never in a rush and creates a gentle and serene atmosphere. I consider him as much a healer as a massage therapist. If you are lucky enough to get a session with William Hall you will be so happy you did. He is truly gifted." --Fran Welch

"I had my first real massage here today with Josh. I wasn't sure what to expect really but and I was a little bit anxious being a new experience that is honestly fairly personal in nature. Josh was awesome, super professional, explained what was going to happen, how everything worked and focused on some problem areas/joint mobility. All in all it was worth every penny and I will definitely be going back. I can already feel a difference in the hip he worked on. He has a lot of experience working on athletes and while I am not one, I do enjoy picking up heavy things and putting them down and I have a few injuries I carry from when I was an athlete. I am really looking forward to working with Josh as I get into more intense activities to see how we can optimize my mobility and recovery times." --Jordan Rinke

"Counting my blessings today for finding Josh. I have been to many many massage therapist and walked away purely disappointed and thinking, "What did I just pay for?". He actually listened to my complaints and focused on my needs. He has given me moments of relief of the pain of Carpal Tunnel that I have developed from 20 years of hairdressing and I look forward to further healing with his help. If you are thinking about massage and need an amazing set of healing hands trust me when I say you won't be disappointed in giving Josh a chance to work on you! Blessing!" --Tara Sigler
